【Ethics and Integrity Management】

JSIE promotes a culture of integrity management with the "Business Ethics Policy", requiring employees to have a sense of ethics and responsibility, and to engage in business activities with high ethical standards. We work with our suppliers to abide by laws and ethics, protect intellectual property rights, prevent the transfer of improper benefits, and safeguard the rights and interests of the company, customers and partners.

The company has an anti-corruption and whistle-blowing mechanism and a public whistle-blowing mailbox (service@jsie.com.tw) to encourage employees to report irregularities such as fraud, misappropriation of assets, improper interests, etc., and promises to fully protect whistle-blowers and not be dismissed, demoted or otherwise adversely treated as a result of whistle-blowing.

For those who violate integrity regulations, the company will punish them in accordance with regulations and provide appeal channels to ensure that the handling process is fair and objective.
