JSIE focuses on low-current system integration projects such as high-tech factories, offices, and clean rooms, and regards employee occupational safety and health as the core of its operations. OHSAS18001 was introduced in 2017, and ISO45001 certification was obtained in 2020, and has continued to pass re-inspections to this day. We follow the PDCA management process and formulate the "Occupational Safety and Health Manual", procedure books and operating standards, which apply to all employees, contracted personnel, interns and contractors to ensure that every member complies with safety regulations. Through regular internal audits, we review the compliance and effectiveness of the system, promptly discover and improve potential risks, and improve safety management standards.

In order to build a safe working environment, the company regularly holds disaster situation education training and disaster prevention drills, including earthquake escape and fire response, to strengthen employees' emergency response capabilities and reduce casualties, property losses and environmental impacts. In the future, we will continue to promote diversified contingency training based on operational needs.

At the same time, we attach great importance to contractor management and require them to abide by laws and regulations of customer factories. Project safety and management personnel conduct inspections and immediately require improvements for deficiencies. This move not only ensures the safety of the contractor's personnel, but also effectively reduces the owner's audit deficiencies, demonstrating JSIE's commitment and responsibility for occupational safety.
