JSIE does not treat employees differently based on factors such as race, language, thought, gender, age, marriage, religion, nationality, party affiliation, etc. As of the end of 2024, we had 282 employees, including 183 men and 99 women. Most employees hold college or university degrees, accounting for approximately 64.89% of all employees, demonstrating JSIE's emphasis on professionalism.

JSIE attaches great importance to the rights and interests of every colleague and is committed to providing a safe and comfortable working environment. We exchange opinions through various channels and internal labor-management meetings, and set up employee suggestion boxes to collect employees' feedback. We also have relevant management methods and complaint channels to care for employees through multiple channels, build employees' sense of identity with the company, and enable colleagues and the company to reach consensus on various labor-management issues.
