Supplier Sustainability Management

JSIE regards suppliers as important partners and an indispensable part of the supply chain team. It is committed to maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign suppliers and jointly establishing a sustainable supply chain with stable development. Based on strict compliance with the code of ethical conduct and the code of honest business operations, we require our suppliers to prohibit the following behaviors: any bribery or bribery, providing or accepting unreasonable gifts, entertainment or other improper benefits, infringement of business secrets, trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, and declare our commitment that neither our company nor our suppliers will accept the use of metals from conflict mining areas. We adhere to the principles of fairness and openness when cooperating with third parties. When confirming cooperation with suppliers, suppliers must sign an "Ethics Commitment Letter" with JSIE.

In order to ensure that suppliers' working environment is safe, employees are respected and treated with dignity, and business operations promote environmental protection and comply with ethical conduct, JSIE has formulated the "Supplier Code of Conduct" to require suppliers to follow it. All business activities of suppliers should comply with this Code and the requirements of the laws and regulations of the countries where they operate. This Code applies to suppliers and their subsidiaries, affiliated enterprises and contractors who provide the company's goods or services. The "Supplier Code of Conduct" consists of five parts: labor and human rights, health and safety, environmental standards, ethics and management systems. We have established a complete supplier assessment and responsible procurement mechanism as the basis for selecting excellent third parties. We regularly use the four major items of work progress control, construction quality, construction cooperation and work safety performance as the assessment benchmark to conduct quality assessment and replacement of third parties.
